How can I apply a discount code?
You can apply your discount code on the checkout page. Simply enter the code on the right side, just below the list of products, before completing your purchase.

How do I open my samples?
Our sample packs come in a ZIP file format. To access the files, simply unzip or extract the ZIP file using software like WinZip, WinRAR, or the built-in extraction tool on most operating systems.
What are the copyrights?
You’re welcome to use our sounds in your projects, including commercial releases. However, the sounds themselves cannot be resold or distributed commercially as standalone files.
How can I fix the error 'The zip file is empty'?
If you experience a ZIP file error, simply unpack the download usingThe Unarchiver, an unzip program for Mac. This usually resolves the issue!
